A full payment is required to confirm an order of both Made-To-Order and Ready-To-Wear goods. Upon receiving the payment in whole, the order will be confirmed via email before the production or shipping process will commence. On larger orders Joshua Kane offers a deposit service. This service is applied at Joshua Kane’s discretion.

Joshua Kane offers worldwide shipping for all of our products, the estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country.

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 48 hours from the point of purchase. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Your products will be carefully gift wrapped and delivered using a reputable courier service. After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

- Stock items purchased from our online store are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, and in original condition.
- Made-To-Order and bespoke items are uniquely created for the individual customer to their measurements and specifications and are not valid for returns. All orders are final at point of purchase.
