PRE-ORDER OF RUNWAY

or made to order productS

1.1 If you are placing an order for Products from the Joshua Kane Runway Collection, or made to order, or any special order, the following sections may be superseded by or may apply to in addition to specific terms applicable to such products as set out in Purchase of Products section 6 of the Joshua Kane Terms and Conditions respectively.

1.2 The Terms in this Section apply to any purchase of Runway / made to order or any special order Product (as defined below in Section 1.3 and apply in addition to, and in the event of any conflict take precedence over, the Terms set out in Sections 1.1 - 1.7. In all other respects sections in Sections 1.1 - 1.7 of the Terms continue to apply in full force and effect.

1.3 From time to time we may invite you to pre-order Products from our Runway Collection. We also offer a made to order service. In the event you choose to purchase from these options, please note that Joshua Kane standard delivery and the option to collect Products in store on on-line sales, shall not apply to orders of these Products. These Products will be shipped between 8-10 weeks from date of order. Delivery will be approximately two months before the collection arrives in store, depending on the item.

1.4 You agree that if you order a Runway Product or Made to Order product, you will be charged immediately on placing your order. Please note your order is not confirmed until payment has been taken. 

1.5 Pre-Order of Runway products including tailoring / knitwear / shirting are regarded as made to order items and are manufactured in advance specifically for you. All products are carefully checked at the time of dispatch and No cancellations or refunds will be given on made to order Runway products unless they are damaged in transit. You must notify sales@joshuakanestore.com within 1 working day of receipt of transit damaged product quoting your Order No.

1.6 Runway products are not regarded as made to order items once delivery of the stock Runway collection product has been made into the store. You will be advised in your Acknowledgement of Order if your order is regarded as Pre-Order / made to or
