All fittings take place with Joshua Kane at 47B Welbeck St, London. With your appointment booked you will be allocated your desired 1 hour slot to meet with Mr Kane and the team for a personal consultation. You will have the opportunity to browse our latest collection and be given the opportunity to be tailored in a style of your choice or create something completely unique via our Made-To-Order and Bespoke services. In this fitting the team will assist and guide you in choosing from our vast array of men's and women's tailored blocks and available fabrics that will be skillfully crafted for your individual requirements drawing from our sartorial expertise.

Full sets of measurements for your order are taken upon agreement of the order details with full payment for your order taken at this stage. Your order lead time may vary depending on fabric selection and garment design, our traditional lead time is approximately 8 weeks from purchase with an express service available with an additional cost.

FOR CUSTOMERS UNABLE TO VISIT THE SHOWROOM, BOOK A REMOTE SALES CONSULTATION

At Joshua Kane we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor international customers even if they are not able to visit London to begin the process in person. We offer both phone and zoom call consultations to discuss your favored design and tailoring shapes. We are also able to collect measurements remotely via Zoom with the simple use of a tape measure and a friend or family member to assist in collecting measurements as our skilled tailoring team guides you through the process step by step and records the measurements.

Orders can be placed by phone or over email with a digital payment link to confirm order and complete the purchase. Once the order is placed we will begin tailoring providing you with the next set of options once the suit is ready for fitting. If you have the opportunity to travel to London to fit in person at our London showroom you will be welcomed and will be fitted by Mr Kane and the team, alternatively if you are unable to travel to us we can ship the garment to you and undergo a remote fitting via video call or Zoom with Joshua and our tailoring team.

With the remote fitting complete we can either liaise on shipping the suit back to us to be completed here in London, or on smaller final alterations we can work remotely with tailors based locally to you to ensure that your suit is altered and completed swiftly and with ease.
