CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1Should you wish to cancel your order or return any Products, you may only do so in accordance with our Returns and Cancellation Policy. Our Returns and Cancellation policy does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer (including, where applicable, your rights under applicable distance selling legislation or e-commerce regulations in the territory to which the Product is shipped). For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office or Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your country (if any).
6.2 Where you return a Product under the Regulations we will issue you with a full refund within 14 days of our safe receipt of goods provided they are returned in their original condition. You will need to return the Product at your own cost (if you have already received the Product), using a registered and insured method of delivery where proof of return date can be provided. The product must be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the Product, with the Joshua Kane Returns Label attached. Failure to attach the returns label may result in a delay in processing your refund. Returned goods remain your responsibility until received at the Joshua Kane store. Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the Product you wish to return, Joshua Kane shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.
6.3 Please note that you will not be entitled to cancel an order for items removed from the shop floor, or return personalised or monogrammed products unless they are proven faulty. For the avoidance of doubt, the term personalised includes any item specifically made for you and includes made- to –order or any alterations made for you to a stock product specifically ordered by you or items part paid for. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6.4 All Product is carefully checked prior to dispatch. You must notify email@example.com within 1 working day of receipt of product damaged in transit quoting your Order No. and Tracking No.
6.5 All Sales goods are non refundable. Any sale good purchased at sale price do not include our alteration service. Alterations will be charged at an additional rate.
