+ Can I collect my online order, in-store?

In-store pickup for online orders is available upon request. Please email sales@joshuakanestore.com after check out with your inquiry and the team will be happy to assist.


+ How do I return an item?

If you need to return or exchange an item you have ordered online please contact our sales team at sales@joshuakanestore.com with your order number and reason for your return/exchange request. You can read more on our returns terms and conditions page.


+ How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but in some cases we will be unable to cancel orders if they have already been dispatched or started the tailoring process.

+ What are your shipping methods and costs?

JOSHUA KANE OFFERS NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USING REPUTABLE COURIER SERVICES.

READY-TO-WEAR ACCESSORIES FOR ONLINE CHECK OUT: STANDARD UK SHIPPING COSTS £7.50. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS £15.

MADE-TO-ORDER TAILORING: SHIPPING FEES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON ITEM WEIGHT, SIZE AND DESTINATION OF DELIVERY. EXPRESS DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.


+ How can I track my order?

On completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email, this means our warehouse has accepted the order and will start preparing your parcel. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification by email that will include your tracking number for you to track your order to your door.



STOCK & SIZES

+ What sizes do you stock?

We traditionally stock from a UK 36 - 44 (men's) and UK 6-14 (womens') in our ready-to-wear and online made-to-order service, however we can tailor for all shapes and sizes. If you require a size outside of our online availability please email us to start a remote collection of measurements.


+ What size should I choose?

Our Ready-to-wear and Made-to-order size chart is available for you to check your measurements against the standard UK sizing. Our size chart is available on www.joshuakanestore.com


+ How do I know if an item is in stock?

We offer both Ready-to-wear and Made-to-order online. Our stock levels are updated regularly, however we may have some additional ready-to-wear stock available in store before it is launched on our website. If you see a product you would like please email sales@joshuakanestore.com and our tailoring experts will be able to assist.



SERVICE & GUIDANCE

+ How should I maintain and care for my Joshua Kane suits?

Generally we always advise using a reputable dry cleaning service, please note some garments with embellishment and silk are more delicate and should avoid heat. We recommend storing your Joshua Kane suits in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. If you have any concerns or further questions please contact us for guidance before cleaning.


+ Do you provide an alteration service?

We provide an alteration service exclusively for official Joshua Kane garments by request. This includes ready-to-wear, made-to-order, bespoke and pre-loved Joshua Kane garments in your wardrobes. To request an alteration or for a quote; email sales@joshuakanestore.com


+ What is the lead time on your Made-To-Order service?

Traditionally our Made-to-order service has a lead time of 8-10 weeks.


+ I have found a made-to-order suit that I would like for an event in less than 8 weeks, do you offer an express service??

Depending on the fabric availability we may be able to offer an express service. Please email sales@joshuakanestore.com with your inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate with your request or advise suitable alternatives with your deadline in mind.
