    MADE-TO-ORDER TAILORING: SHIPPING FEES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON ITEM WEIGHT, SIZE AND DESTINATION OF DELIVERY. EXPRESS DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

  • On completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email, this means our warehouse has accepted the order and will start preparing your parcel. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch notification by email that will include your tracking number for you to track your order to your door.

  • We traditionally stock from a UK 36 - 44 (men's) and UK 6-14 (womens') in our ready-to-wear and online made-to-order service, however we can tailor for all shapes and sizes. If you require a size outside of our online availability please email us to start a remote collection of measurements.

  • We offer both Ready-to-wear and Made-to-order online. Our stock levels are updated regularly, however we may have some additional ready-to-wear stock available in store before it is launched on our website. If you see a product you would like please email sales@joshuakanestore.com and our tailoring experts will be able to assist.

  • Generally we always advise using a reputable dry cleaning service, please note some garments with embellishment and silk are more delicate and should avoid heat. We recommend storing your Joshua Kane suits in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight. If you have any concerns or further questions please contact us for guidance before cleaning.

  • We provide an alteration service exclusively for official Joshua Kane garments by request. This includes ready-to-wear, made-to-order, bespoke and pre-loved Joshua Kane garments in your wardrobes. To request an alteration or for a quote; email sales@joshuakanestore.com

  • Traditionally our Made-to-order service has a lead time of 8-10 weeks.

  • Depending on the fabric availability we may be able to offer an express service. Please email sales@joshuakanestore.com with your inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate with your request or advise suitable alternatives with your deadline in mind.
