- At Joshua Kane we pride ourselves on our ability to tailor international customers even if they are not able to visit London to begin the process in person. We offer both phone and zoom call consultations to discuss your favoured design and tailoring shapes. We are also able to collect measurements remotely via Zoom with the simple use of a tape measure and a friend or family member to assist in collecting measurements as our skilled tailoring team guides you through the process step by step and records the measurements.
- Orders can be placed by phone or over email with a digital payment link to confirm order and complete the purchase. Once the order is placed we will begin tailoring providing you with the next set of options once the suit is ready for fitting. If you have the opportunity to travel to London to fit in person at our London showroom you will be welcomed and will be fitted by Mr Kane and the team, alternatively if you are unable to travel to us we can ship the garment to you and undergo a remote fitting via video call or Zoom with Joshua and our tailoring team.
- With the remote fitting complete we can either liaise on shipping the suit back to us to be completed here in London, or on smaller final alterations we can work remotely with tailors based locally to you to ensure that your suit is altered and completed swiftly and with ease.
IN-STORE OPTIONS
For in-store orders a full payment is required to confirm a purchase of both Made-To-Order and Ready-To-Wear goods. All major credit cards are accepted including American Express. Upon receiving the payment in full, the order will be confirmed via email before the production or shipping process will commence.
ONLINE AND REMOTE OPTIONS
Telephone Orders. Both Ready-To-Wear and Made-To-Order purchases can be placed over the phone, we accept all major credit cards including American Express.
Clearpay. Through the Joshua Kane website you can check out using Clearpay with four interest free payments on items valued up to £1200.
Paypal. Via the Joshua Kane website you can check out and pay in three interest free instalments on orders valued up to £2000.
Klarna. Upon request you can check out with Klarna via a payment link. Klarna allows payment in four instalments. Please contact us to request a payment link.

Joshua Kane offers worldwide shipping for all of our products, the estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country.

We aim to dispatch all in stock orders within 48 hours from the point of purchase. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Your products will be carefully gift wrapped and delivered using a reputable courier service. After your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can easily track your package.

Express delivery and click & collect available on request.
- Stock items purchased from our online store are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, and in original condition.
- Made-To-Order and bespoke items are uniquely created for the individual customer to their measurements and specifications and are not valid for returns. All orders are final at point of purchase.
