Joshua Kane offers worldwide shipping for all of our products, the estimated delivery time and shipping fees vary by country.

We aim to dispatch all IN STOCK orders within 48 hours from point of purchase. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference and will commence from the shipping date; we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

You may return any full price products ordered on the Joshuakanestore.com website for a refund within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be in their unused original condition.Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered returns or anything Joshua Kane reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.Please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return/exchange.You will need to return the product at your own cost using a registered and insured method of delivery where proof of return date can be provided. Where you have paid any duties or taxes directly to the relevant authorities on the importation of the product you wish to return, Joshua Kane shall have no liability in relation to any claim for a refund of such duties or taxes from the authorities or whether or not such a refund is possible.On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
